    Job Summary

    We are looking for someone for the role of **Technical Lead/Architect** with a seasoned professional with 8 to 10 years of experience in managing Node JS/Microservices applications. The candidate will leverage their expertise in **Node JS, JavaScript, Microservices, Kafka messaging queue, AKS, Oracle and Postgres Database and PL/SQL, Agile** framework to enhance service delivery. A background in Retail/Logistics and Supply Chain is advantageous. The position operates on a hybrid model with day shifts.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee the technical service delivery ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service processes and enhance efficiency.

    + Utilize Node JS, JavaScript, Microservices, Kafka messaging queue, Oracle and Postgres Database and PL/SQL skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

    + Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance and client satisfaction.

    + Monitor service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.

    + Coordinate with stakeholders to understand service requirements and align them with business objectives.

    + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all service operations.

    + Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative work environment.

    + Analyze service data to generate insights and inform decision-making processes.

    + Facilitate training sessions to upskill team members and promote knowledge sharing.

    + Implement best practices in service management to achieve operational excellence.

    + Engage with clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met effectively.

    + Drive innovation in service delivery by exploring new technologies and methodologies.

    Qualifications

    + Demonstrate proficiency in Node JS, JavaScript, Microservices, Kafka messaging queue Oracle and Postgres Database and PL/SQL, Agile framework showcasing strong technical capabilities.

    + Possess a solid understanding of Retail/Logistics and Supply Chain principles enhancing domain expertise.

    + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.

    + Show strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.

    + Have experience in a hybrid work model adapting to both remote and in-office environments.

    + Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

    + Bring a proactive approach to service management anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
