Job Summary

The Sr. Test Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. With a focus on SQL Python Go AWS Mongo DB the candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Industry Essentials ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Good Experience in Python SQL

Good Experience in Mongo DB

Good Expereince in Go AWS

Good Expeience in LLM and RAG is bonus

+ Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.

+ Execute test cases and analyze results to identify software defects and areas for improvement.

+ Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design effective test scenarios.

+ Utilize SQL and Python to automate test processes and enhance testing efficiency.

+ Ensure that all testing activities align with industry standards and best practices.

+ Provide detailed documentation of test results and communicate findings to stakeholders.

+ Work closely with the HxGN EAM team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

+ Conduct thorough regression testing to validate software updates and enhancements.

+ Identify and implement improvements in testing processes to increase productivity.

+ Monitor and report on testing progress ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

+ Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

+ Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

+ Support the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and practices.

Qualifications

+ Possess strong expertise in SQL and Python for test automation and data analysis.

+ Demonstrate proficiency in HxGN EAM to ensure effective testing of enterprise asset management solutions.

+ Have a solid understanding of Industry Essentials to align testing with domain-specific requirements.

+ Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software issues.

+ Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

+ Display attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate documentation.

+ Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new testing technologies.
