• SQL and Python Test Lead

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Python and AWS Mongo DB Go along with a strong understanding of Industry Essentials. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions contributing to the companys success and societal impact.

    Responsibilities

    Good Experience in Go Python SQL

     

    Good Experience in AWS and Mongo DB

    Experience in LLM and RAG is a bonus

    + Lead the testing efforts for projects involving SQL Python and HxGN EAM to ensure high-quality deliverables.

    + Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to Industry Essentials.

    + Provide guidance and support to the testing team ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects enhancing overall product quality.

    + Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders facilitating informed decision-making.

    + Develop automated test scripts using Python to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

    + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the integrity of our solutions.

    + Monitor and evaluate testing processes implementing improvements to optimize performance and outcomes.

    + Coordinate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and design effective test cases.

    + Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing tools and frameworks driving innovation and excellence.

    + Support the deployment of solutions ensuring seamless integration and functionality in the production environment.

    + Engage in knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and expertise.

    + Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction ensuring that solutions meet or exceed expectations.

    Qualifications

    + Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Python and HxGN EAM with a proven track record of successful testing projects.

    + Possess a deep understanding of Industry Essentials applying domain knowledge to testing processes.

    + Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.

    + Show excellent communication and collaboration abilities fostering a positive team environment.

    + Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of software testing.
