    Job Description

    We are seeking a **Salesforce Business Analyst** to join our team in **Hamilton, NJ.** This position focuses on translating business requirements and processes into technical specifications and solutions. The role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and configuration of enterprise systems. This position will be a **full-time** contract and **hybrid.**

    What You'll Do

    + Serve as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization

    + Translate business requirements and processes into technical specifications

    + Collaborate efficiently with multiple technical teams

    + Prepare and maintain project tools and documentation, such as Jira

    + Consolidate project points into executive summaries in conjunction with weekly Sprint meetings

    + Coordinate with project leads to schedule project events

    + Design and map business requirements and solutions to technological solutions

    What You'll Need

    + Salesforce.com Admin certification or AWS certification

    + Hands-on experience with Salesforce (3+ years)

    + Experience in preparing and maintaining project tools and documentation (4+ years)

    + Experience in collaborating with technical teams (4+ years)

    + Strong understanding of best practices in development initiatives

    + Familiarity with AWS services like AppFlow and Eventbridge

    + Background in the public sector or government

    + Experience conducting facilitated workshops for requirements analysis

    + Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies

    + Experience creating workflows using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

    + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

    + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

     

    The pay range for this position is $42 - $48 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.​
