    POSITION TITLE: Compensation Analyst (Specialist)

    PAY RANGE: $60,000-$80,000

    FLSA: Exempt

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    Lexitas is seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Compensation Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team. You would be responsible for assisting with the development and administration of the compensation plan for Lexitas that is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The position is an integral member of the HR Team and is primarily responsible for participation in compensation surveys, conducting market reviews, administration of ongoing and routine compensation adjustments, bonus programs, and audits. This position is instrumental in ensuring our compensation practices are competitive and equitable.

     

    As a key contributor, you’ll drive the development and delivery of equitable and competitive compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. This is a unique opportunity to impact compensation planning at scale within a company that values trust, professionalism, and innovation.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Evaluate internal pay equity and ensure compensation practices align with business strategy

    + Conduct and interpret market compensation surveys and analysis

    + Design, implement, and manage compensation programs and policies

    + Support job evaluation and job analysis processes

    + Make data-backed recommendations on promotions, pay adjustments, and structure changes

    + Prepare and present compensation data reports for leadership

    + Partner with HR leadership on budget planning and forecasting for compensation

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

    + Strong analytical and research skills with a detail-oriented mindset

    + Experience in compensation program design and market benchmarking

    + Knowledge of HR compliance, especially FLSA and federal/state labor laws

    + Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data visualization tools

    + Strong written and verbal communication abilities

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Analytics, HR, or Business-related field

    + Demonstrated analytical skills in job history.

    + Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, including the FLSA

    + Excellent communication skills.

    + Organizational skills

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    This role is not a supervisor position.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    + CCP certification preferred
