    Job Description

    Currently seeking a Lead CNC Operator for a full-time temporary to permanent position in North Attleboro, MA.

    Responsibilities of Lead CNC Operator:

    -Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, materials, specifications, machining parameters, and geometric dimensions and tolerances

     

    -Program, set-up and operate CNC machines

     

    -Operate and train new employees on other equipment needed to complete tasks

     

    -Ensure specifications are consistent by measuring positions and performing quality checks throughout process; making adjustments to settings as needed

     

    -Identify, trouble shoot, and fix any issues or malfunctions as they arise

     

    -Document and communicate actions, discrepancies and next steps

     

    -Assist supervisor in prioritizing and delegating work tasks

     

    -Answer CNC machinist and operators questions and concerns

     

    -Maintain a clean and safe work environment

     

    -Perform other related tasks as assigned

    Requirements of Lead CNC Operator:

    -Associate s Degree in related field Preferred

     

    -Minimum 5 years experience in related field

     

    -Experience in a lead or supervisory role

     

    -Previous CNC operation and milling equipment experience

     

    -CAD/CAM software proficiency

     

    -Ability to use measuring tools

     

    -Knowledgeable of machines and tools

     

    -Good multi-tasking and prioritizing skills

     

    -Great written and verbal communication skills

    Hours: 6:00am-3:30 pm Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-10:00am Friday

    Pay Rate: $35.00-$37.00/hr
