    Description

    As an Endpoint Intern, you will:

    + Work with our ticketing management system to receive project work on a per task basis and properly document actions performed.

    + Assist in endpoint hardware equipment refresh, configuration, upgrade, and deployment.

    + Work tightly with members of Endpoint Engineering team to test and refine automation initiatives in the areas of analytics, standardization, deployment and decommission.

    + Develop technical documentation and knowledgebase articles alongside members of both Endpoint teams.
