    This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

    As a GBE Business Partner within the global IT Service Management (ITSM) team, you will provide leadership in delivering business value through effective incident and problem management. You will deliver fit-for-purpose ITSM processes, establish best practices, and support enterprise adoption. You will enable IT to improve the quality of management decision-making, support proactive problem identification, and ensure the return of IT services to users as quickly as possible to minimize disruption to business. You will create technology solutions to deliver integrated services and provide exceptional user experiences across Honeywell.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and lead ITSM enhancement projects to improve service delivery and efficiency.

    + Document, analyze, and report on ITSM processes and performance metrics.

    + Verify releases into production to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

    + Enable seamless handover between IT teams to maintain continuity and service quality.

    + Drive service management best practices across the organization to enhance IT service delivery.

    + Monitor financial objectives to ensure alignment with the IT Annual Operating Plan.

    + Ensure ITSM processes are fit for purpose and continuously improved.

    + Ensure IT compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

    + Improve user experience by implementing innovative technology solutions.

    + Oversee vendors and IT deployment to ensure high-quality service delivery.

    Must-Haves:

    + Extensiveexperience in IT Service Management, including incident and problemmanagement.

    + Provenability to develop and lead ITSM enhancement projects.

    + Strongdocumentation, analysis, and reporting skills.

    + Experiencein verifying releases into production and enabling handover between ITteams.

    + Abilityto drive service management best practices and monitor financialobjectives.

    + Deepunderstanding of IT compliance and user experience improvement.

    + Experiencein overseeing vendors and IT deployment.

    We Value:

    + Project and change management experience; ITIL and Six Sigma certification preferred.

    + Ability to quickly and accurately identify interrelationships and patterns among various problems and issues.

    + Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.

    + Ability to influence delivering organizations and third parties.

    + Demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision.

    + Deep understanding of contemporary systems of engagement technologies and trends.

    + High level of initiative and drive, strong sense of urgency
