    As the Principal Application/System Sales Engineer, you will be the key technical expert accountable for driving sales of application/system solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to comprehend customer needs, develop customized solutions, and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations. Your deep knowledge of the company's products and their applications, combined with your ability to effectively communicate the value proposition, will be instrumental in driving sales growth. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance, conduct trainings, and build strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure successful solution implementation and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage a team of applications and systems sales engineers

    + Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

    + Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market

    + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver customercentric solutions

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Extensive experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles, preferably in the field of application/system solutions.

    + Deep knowledge and insight of the company's products and their applications, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

    + Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills to comprehend complex customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.

    + Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    + Proven track record of successfully driving sales and exceeding targets in a technical sales environment.

    + Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.

    + Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, computer science, or a related field.

    + Additional certifications or training in sales, technical solutions, or related areas.

    + Experience in selling application/system solutions to specific industries or verticals.

    + Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the field of application/system solutions.

    + Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering.

    + Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive successful sales outcomes.

    + Experience in conducting market research and thoughtfulness to identify new business opportunities.

    + Ability to speak multiple languages to effectively communicate with customers in different regions.

    + Strong guide and team management skills.

    + Innovative mindset and eagerness to learn and explore new business opportunities.
