This position will work closely with the Sr. Finance Systems Director, owning FDS O&M (Financial Data Store operating and maintenance), support implementation of remaining EPM enhancements, including but not limited to requirements gathering, design, deploy and maintenance. Role will have hands on work with Hyperion Essbase, data validation using SmartView.

**Job Activities** :

The FDS Finance Systems Supervisor role will have the responsibility of owning the O&M of the Metadata process for Finance Data Store (FDS) Essbase applications, FDS user support, and also own design and build of additional FDS functionality and enhancements. Job will require partnering with FP&A and IT support. Responsibilities may include, but is not limited to the following:

+ Execute FDS O&M, including month end close activities, metadata processes, and providing use support

+ Expand the build of reconciliation models within the finance data store and execute validation.

+ Design and develop Metadata automation process across multiple Essbase, HFM and ERP applications

+ Partner with HFM lead to ensure data and metadata integrity

+ Build and maintain Data integrations using FDMEE

+ Working with SBG finance leaders to ensure that the metadata quality meets their expectations

+ Working with IT to translate functional requirements into clear technical requirements

+ Working with both finance leaders and IT to test and refine new solutions prior to implementation

+ Provide leadership and support to the business FP&A teams and leverage skills training and sharing of best practices

+ Provide excellent change management skills and passion and tenacity to make it happen

You Must Have:

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field

+ Good understanding of business and FP&A roles and key finance processes

+ Significant hands-on experience developing Python automations, HFM, FDMEE, Hyperion planning and reporting applications

+ Meaningful experience in Hyperion EPM technologies

+ Strong communication skills

+ Demonstrated ability to execute critical requirements within tight timelines

+ Strong business acumen and Finance Planning and Analysis expertise
