In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Lead the digital transformation of Honeywell Intelligrated's Lifecycle Solutions and Services (LSS) business.

+ Drive a unified digital culture, develop scalable customer-facing digital services, and oversee the implementation of platforms like Forge Customer Portal and Forge Performance+.

+ Manage the Digital Center of Excellence, align data across functions, and ensure operational efficiency through analytics, automation, and strategic planning.

+ Take ownership of financial performance, customer engagement, and collaboration with sales and offering management teams to expand digital reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead digital strategy and transformation across LSS Parts, Projects, and Services.

+ Develop and scale digital offerings from T&M to Reliability-Centered Maintenance.

+ Oversee Forge platform initiatives including customer portal, entitlements, and asset health monitoring.

+ Align data systems to support sales, engineering, and service contracts.

+ Drive performance through analytics, ensuring SLA compliance and contract health (A360).

+ Optimize team structure and cost-to-serve through SIOP and resource planning.

+ Achieve financial targets for connected contracts, EAM, and CMMS systems.

+ Expand digital engagement via customer portals, analytics, and ontimeparts.com.

+ Collaborate with Offering Management and Sales on go-to-market strategies.

+ Provide regular leadership updates during operational and business reviews.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 5+ years of experience in digital operations or a related field

+ Strong leadership and team management skills

+ Proficiency in digital technologies and systems

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)

+ Experience in the lifecycle solutions and services industry (preferred)
