    Job Title: Warehouse Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled Forklift (Reach Truck/Stand-Up) Operators to work in a cold storage environment. The warehouse maintains a temperature of approximately 34 degrees, while the freezer is set at 4 degrees. Cold suits and gear will be provided from the first day. Your primary responsibility will be picking orders in the warehouse based on a computer screen on the forklift, loading pallets, and preparing them for shipment to customers. Comfort with operating a tablet/computer is essential, and maintaining good attendance is critical, especially during the training period.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate reach truck and stand-up forklifts in a cold storage environment.

    + Pick orders based on computer instructions from the forklift.

    + Load pallets and prepare them for shipment.

    + Handle materials and inventory with accuracy.

    + Utilize RF scanner for order picking and selecting.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with reach truck and stand-up forklifts.

    + Material handling and inventory management skills.

    + Ability to work in cold storage settings.

    + Proficiency in using RF scanners and computers/tablets.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience as a warehouse worker, order selector, or order picker.

    + Familiarity with packing, shipping, and receiving processes.

    + General labor experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
