    Hiring: Mechanical Assembler - $19-22 - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift!

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team to perform mechanical assemblies in the creation of specialized lawn care equipment, including aerators and blowers. Utilize hand and power tools such as power drills, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and various basic hand tools. Work from blueprints to complete assemblies, either independently or as part of a two-person team. This role involves completing full assembly of products from start to finish, varying from 15 units daily to 1 unit every 2-3 days.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform mechanical assemblies for lawn care equipment.

    + Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly processes.

    + Interpret and work from blueprints for accurate assembly.

    + Engage in sub-assemblies individually or complete full assemblies in teams.

    + Ensure the assembly line functions efficiently by completing products from start to finish.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with hand and power tools, minimum of 6 months.

    + 1+ year of hands-on mechanical assembly experience.

    + Ability to interpret blueprints for assembly processes.

    + Demonstrated excellent attendance with no more than one day missed per month.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A good attitude and strong work effort.

    + Preference for individuals who enjoy working on cars or have experience as a lube/auto tech.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a fairly laid-back, medium-sized shop that is climate-controlled and not noisy. Enjoy ample space to work alone or with a partner, with training support from a dedicated trainer. This role operates on the first shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with optional work on Fridays until noon. Experience variable work pace, from low-key to urgent, while maintaining productivity.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
