    A little about the position:

    Job Summary

    The Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving sales performance and operational efficiency through process optimization, data analytics, and system enhancements. This position partners closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and IT to streamline workflows, improve visibility into performance metrics, and lead data transformation initiatives that support scalable growth. This role is the backbone of sales strategy and organized execution for the Sales & Service Autocovers business model.

    Some of What You Will Do:

    • Develop and enhance sales KPIs and reporting to support data-driven decision-making across leadership and sales teams.

    • Optimize sales operations processes, including pipeline management, territory alignment, and CRM system integrity.

    • Design and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility into performance and customer behavior.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to automate reporting and analytics solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.

    • Serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership in executing key growth initiatives and process improvements.

    • Support strategic planning through sales performance analysis, quota modeling, and territory reporting

    What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, and/or data transformation roles.

    • Experience with learning new ERP systems or CRM systems.

    • Proficiency in data analysis platforms such as Power BI or Excel (Power Query, PivotTables).

    • Experience working with data integration tools and ERP systems is a plus.

    • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical insights into business value.

    Salary Range: $70,000 to $100,000/year

     

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
