    Status:Hourly/Non-exempt

     

    Shift/Hours:Part-time based on business needs.Business hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pmMust be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

     

    Reliant Credit Union, ranked one of Rochester's top mid-sized workplaces eight years in a row, seeks a Marketing Intern to join our team for the Fall of 2025. This role will work closely with our marketing team to support day-to-day activities and larger campaigns.

    As aMarketing Internat Reliant, you will:

    + Coordinate delivery of collateral and signage supporting promotional materials and displays to the branches.

    + Provide support for logistics surrounding approved community relations, business development, and credit union events.

    + Coordinate and support employee engagement and event logistics not managed by committees.

    + Provide administrative support to all marketing and business development staff.

    Requirements

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    + Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.

    + Prior work/internship experience desired.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    + Proficient personal computer skills, with experience working with spreadsheets, word processing and presentations (Microsoft Office Suite preferred).

    + Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

    + Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.

    + Demonstrates strong attention to detail.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    + Ability to use keyboard, monitor, and other standard office equipment.

    + Ability to decipher data contained in documents, reports, spreadsheets, etc., presented both on paper and electronically.

    + Ability to access document files/filing drawers above and below waist levels.

    + Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
