    The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is seeking a dedicated Client Success Specialist to enhance our commitment to client satisfaction and service excellence. In this position, you will play a crucial role in connecting our clients with the firm, ensuring they feel supported and well-informed during their legal proceedings. This involves building robust relationships with external firms and overseeing the referral process when clients are directed to other practices. Your approachable demeanor and excellent communication skills will be essential as you respond to client inquiries, nurture relationships, and assist clients in confidently navigating their cases.

    Responsibilities:

    + Act as the primary contact for clients, managing inquiries and providing updates via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

    + Collect and document sensitive client information while ensuring a positive interaction experience.

    + Quickly address and resolve client issues while assisting with administrative tasks and supporting legal activities.

    + Maintain communication with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and client satisfaction.

    + Guide clients through the legal process and collaborate with attorneys to improve client engagement and processes.

    + Keep accurate records of client interactions and seek opportunities to enhance the client experience.

    + Establish and nurture referral partnerships.

    + Facilitate a seamless transition for clients during referral processes.

    + Work to increase positive client reviews on online platforms.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in customer service or client relations preferred.

    + 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a legal environment.

    + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with clients.

    + Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    + Familiarity with case management software is a plus.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

    + Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
