    The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, is seeking a Parts Shipping & Warranty Clerk with Rallye Mercedes-Benz! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their automotive parts skills and knowledge to engage with a luxury client base, and be a part of an outstanding team!

    Responsibilities for this position include:

    + Track incoming and outgoing shipments, and verify against bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records.

    + Determine shipment methods.

    + Prepare shipments, including: affix shipping labels, assemble packaging containers, pack parts into containers using spacers, fillers & protective padding, affix shipping instructions, charges, and postage.

    + Receive incoming shipments, including: unpack & examine shipment contents, reject damaged items, record shortages, place parts into stock or customer bins quickly and accurately.

    + Receive unsold parts returned by parts driver.

    + Notify other departments in the dealership(s) when their parts arrive.

    PAY: $19 - $21 PER HOUR

    Requirements

    + Clean and valid driver's license.

    + Previous automotive parts experience and/or knowledge required.

    + Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.

    + Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.

    + Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word programs.

    + Professional personal appearance.

    + Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
