Description:
Summary:
As a Dealer, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintain a positive atmosphere at the tables while dealing assigned games to include but not limit to blackjack, roulette, and poker within the casino.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
+ Greet players and maintain a friendly, courteous, pleasant attitude
+ Deal respective live table games with efficiency, proficiency, and professionalism, while providing great guest service
+ Offer to explain the games to inquiring customers and novices
+ Provide accurate game protection and security to the game and all players
+ Ensure that all fill and credit slips and other documents presented are accurate and complete
+ Maintain confidentiality regarding customers, team members, promotional ideas and business plans
+ Notify supervisor of any irregularities in the game, including play, possible gaming violations, personnel or operational problems
+ Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
+ Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications
+ At least three months of experience dealing with multiple games or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Previous experience working in a team or group environment
+ Ability to manipulate cards, dice, chips, and gaming devices such as roulette wheels and craps sticks
+ Able to accurately perform basic math skills
+ Ability to interact with guests professionally and courteously at all times
+ Must be at least 21 years of age
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
+ Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
+ Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
+ Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
+ Frequently push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 10 lbs. at floor, knee, chest and waist levels
+ Frequently walk bend, reach, twist, squat, and kneel
+ Constant standing throughout the shift
+ Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone
+ Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
+ Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
+ Occasionally move throughout the property
+ Ability to ascend and descent stairs
