College Community School District Hiring Incentive for our New Bus Drivers for the 2025-2026 School Year! New Bus Driver Hiring Incentive: College Community Schools is offering a new hiring bonus of$500for new bus drivers hired after June 1, 2025 for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.

+ The hiring bonus will be paid in two (2) $250 installments.

+ The first $250 will be received after completing 60 working days

+ And the second $250 payment will be made after 90 working days.

+ Additionally, the starting hourly wage for bus drivers is $24.10/hr.

Hourly Wage and Additional Benefits:

+ Starting Hourly Wage: $24.10 per hour based upon prior experience - Bus Drivers

+ Up to 10 years previous experience as a bus driver given towards placement on the salary schedule!

+ Paid training and holidays

+ Optional additional benefits

+ IPERS

+ Confidential criminal history and drug testing are required

+ Must have acceptable driving record
