Key Responsibilities:
+ Partner with Operations daily, attending stand ups and monthly meetings.
+ Establish and improve performance metrics to assist with business evaluation and decision-making. Ensure the accurate compilation, timely reporting, and analysis of data.
+ Participate in monthend closing including journal entry preparation and variance analysis.
+ Support monthly expense and headcount management. Partner with GBS teams to ensure results are accurate and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
+ Conduct customer centric reporting and analysis
+ Lead various Operations finance projects
+ Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or other relevant area
At least 3 years of direct experience in financial analysis and reporting preferably within a large, matrixed organization
Hiring Criteria:
+ Proven ability to make logical assumptions, incorporate external and internal information, and effectively benchmark results against appropriate baselines
+ Possess advanced analytical capabilities with proven financial modeling skills using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle
+ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
+ Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge strong professional relationships with peers and senior management
+ Demonstrated continuous improvement with a successful track record of optimizing processes
+ Ability to juggle multiple projects and implement them successfully
+ Self-motivated with a bias for action.
