    Sunlighten is on the lookout for a React Developer to help us build digital tools that support healthier lives! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications using React/Next.js/Node.js. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions that support both our customers and internal teams.     Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web interfaces using React.

    + Collaborate with design and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

    + Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

    + Optimize application performance by improving load times, reducing memory usage, and enhancing scalability.

    + Debug and resolve issues in the application during deployment or in response to user feedback.

    + Stay up to date with new tools, technologies, and frameworks to stay competitive.

    + Participate in design reviews and pair programming sessions to ensure consistency across teams.

    + Work on feature branches to implement new features while maintaining existing functionality.

    Requirements

    + 5 Years of Development Experience in React

    + 5 Years of Agile Development Experience

    + Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience

    + Strong proficiency in React development (e.g., React, TypeScript, or Next.js).

    + Familiarity with modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.

    + Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    + Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) for code management.
