Benefits of Administrative Assistant:
• $50,000 per year salary plus full benefits.

Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:
• Collaborate with program stakeholders and ACS staff to gather data and information for reporting purposes.
• Organize and maintain apprenticeship related documents, files, and records for easy access and retrieval.
• Assist in maintaining comprehensive documentation of program activities, outcomes, and milestones.
• Prepare and submit client related reports in partnership with the IT & training departments required by the customer.
• Enter and update data into various government and internal systems.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, workshops, online training and events related to apprenticeships.
Qualifications of Administrative Assistant:
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or relevant certifications preferred).
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), databases and other relevant software applications.
• Dedication to supporting the success of the registered apprenticeship program objectives & providing excellent customer service.
• Able to commute daily to our office in northwest Houston.
