    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based

     

    About the Role

    Amergis Staffing is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in K–12 school settings throughout Santa Barbara. This role focuses on helping students overcome communication challenges and thrive academically and socially.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

    + Provide direct and consultative therapy aligned with IEP goals

    + Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams

    + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

    Qualifications

    + Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

    + Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)

    + ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

    + School-based or pediatric experience a plus
