Your Key Responsibilities

Join our team as a Facility Manager and play a key role in overseeing and optimizing both hard and soft services for our assigned facility sites. We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead and ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Implement and uphold facility maintenance standards, managing technical building maintenance and general services, including cleaning, for designated sites.

+ Execute approved methods, procedures, and tools while managing budgets and resources efficiently.

+ Oversee financial and contract management for all aspects of facility management and related services, ensuring transparency and accountability.

+ Define the scope, organization, resource allocation, and timing for the provision and implementation of services.

+ Guide collaborations with external partners, such as architects and construction engineers, to enhance facility operations.

+ Manage facility investment projects to maintain and improve infrastructure and resources effectively.

Your Qualifications

+ Associate's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or related discipline or vocational training w/ 5 years in similar role

+ Minimum 3 years experience in similar role

+ External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
