    Your Key Responsibilities

     

    Become a part of our groundbreaking team as a Maintenance Manager for our new greenfield automation manufacturing plant. We are looking for a highly skilled leader to establish and oversee a robust maintenance organization that ensures peak performance and reliability of all manufacturing machinery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Establish and lead an efficient maintenance organization tailored for our state-of-the-art greenfield automation manufacturing plant.

    + Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and processes to ensure uninterrupted availability of all manufacturing machines.

    + Execute approved methods, procedures, and tools while effectively managing budgets and resources.

    + Collaborate with Supply Chain and production planning teams to define maintenance-specific processes and schedules.

    + Plan and coordinate comprehensive maintenance activities across all workshops within your assigned area.

    + Contribute to the design, layout, realization, and optimization of the plant's technical infrastructure.

    + Manage relationships and collaborations with external suppliers and maintenance service providers to ensure high-quality service.

    Your Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering or similar discipline

    + Minimum of 3 years in similar role in a highly automated industrial manufacturing environment

    + External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
