About the Role:

The Production Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line within the non-durable goods manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for managing sales orders, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate production schedules to meet customer demands. The Production Clerk will also oversee document control and quality control processes, ensuring that all production activities comply with company standards. By effectively coordinating between various departments, the Production Clerk helps to optimize workflow and enhance productivity. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall efficiency and success of the manufacturing process.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

+ Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Associate's degree in business administration or a related field.

+ Experience with inventory management software.

+ Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.

Responsibilities:

+ Process and manage sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

+ Maintain and update production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

+ Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet established standards.

+ Organize and manage documentation related to production processes and inventory.
