    DESCRIPTION

    Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join our dynamic sales organization as an **Associate Business Manager** and play a crucial role in driving our business forward. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Business Manager and support the mutual business goals of Acosta and our valued clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    + **Support Business Partners:** Assist in the development of compelling sales presentations and category reviews, ensure effective tactical communication, track key metrics, plan promotions, conduct online content audits, and manage retail services planning.

    + **Customer Service and Administrative Support:** Provide exceptional customer service and administrative resources to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

    + **Sales Performance Administration:** Plan and execute administrative tasks to enhance sales performance, including maintaining item and vendor information, researching and reporting vendor income and chargebacks, reporting retail service activities, and maintaining sales and promotion planners.

    + **eCommerce Execution:** Maintain accurate product information, identify digital content opportunities, and report and present digital ad results to drive our eCommerce initiatives.

    + **Retail Services Planning and Reporting:** Manage product lists, communicate retail priorities, and develop post-activity reporting and analysis to support our retail services.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

    + **Experience:** At least one year of experience in marketing, sales, or sales support.

    + **Sales Skills:** Understanding of the sales process, contract paperwork, and client promotion systems.

    + **Presentation Skills:** Ability to prepare, deliver, and handle questions during presentations.

    + **Negotiation Skills:** Proficiency in developing strategies and employing tactical techniques.

    + **Marketing/Analytical Skills:** Ability to access and interpret IRI/AC Nielsen data, conduct post-promotion analysis, and manage categories.

    + **Finance Skills:** Capability to create profit and volume strategies and understand financial statements.

    + **Logistics Skills:** Knowledge of order processing, inventory tracking, and client and customer distribution methods.
