ISR Collection Manager, Senior

The Opportunity:

As an ISR collection manager on our team, you'll help your client monitor, organize, and manage operational tasks, reports, requirements, and workflows to enable readiness and situational awareness. Using your understanding of the DoD, IC, and CCMDs, various intelligence functions, and operational support activities, you'll coordinate, staff, and complete assigned taskings, prepare reports and briefings, and identify opportunities to enhance operational management. As a senior security professional, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have:

+ 12+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, targeting, or collection

+ 5+ years of experience with ISR collection management

+ 5+ years of experience with Intel support for special operations

+ Experience working in the CENTCOM AOR at the operational level

+ Knowledge of ISR programs, assets, sensors, and systems

+ Knowledge of multi-intelligence collection disciplines

+ Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

+ Bachelor's degree

+ TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

+ Completion of DoD or IC intelligence collection management courses

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
