UI/UX Developer, Senior

The Opportunity:

As an UX / UI Developer, you'll put yourself in the user's place and design the best way for them to e nga ge with the application. We're looking for someone creative like you to craft the ultimate user experience. You'll work closely with the product manager on your team to understand your clients' vision and their users' needs. Working on an agile team, you'll build skills in designing large-scale digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are aesthetically pleasing. Your experience with interface design will help you advocate for the prioritizations of design- center ed changes, refinements, and improvements - with the user at the center of your work.

You Have:

+ 10+ years of experience working on cross-functional, agile teams in a professional environment

+ 8+ years of experience with front-end development sof tware stacks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, in a professional environment

+ 5+ years of experience leading UI / UX teams and interacting with executive leadership

+ Experience with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including user research, information architecture, visual layout, interaction design, and usability testing

+ Ability to share samples of design and front-end development work

+ Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

+ Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

+ Experience with UX / UI and interaction design training or certification programs

+ Experience with business application sof tware, including Qlik or Tableau

+ Experience designing or coding responsive digital platforms

+ Experience with proposal writing, marketing content, and client e nga gement

+ Experience with front-end development, GIS, and data visualization

+ Knowledge of DoD enterprise data mission space and systems

+ Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
