RC Data and Operations Analyst
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be accountable for ensuring data and reporting needs of the business are clearly defined, tracked through timely completion, and aligned with operational and strategic goals of North America Row Crop Planning in a highly collaborative manner. Additionally, you will be accountable for operational excellence and ongoing improvement of operational efficiency through identification of data and reporting best practices, uncovering improvement opportunities, and partnering across stakeholders to drive data and reporting improvements and reliability.
The primary responsibilities of this role, RC Data and Operations Analyst, are to:
+ Be responsible for serving as an integrated business partner in the delivery of Planning metrics and opportunities and communicating clearly to all stakeholders;
+ Be responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports, and making recommendations based upon the research findings;
+ Be the owner of the execution of the defined data and reporting strategy with key internal partners; Liaise with other teams engaged in data-centric projects, ranging from function specific to cross-functional and global efforts related to both business intelligence and data capture improvements to ensure clear requirements are gathered and communicated in a highly collaborative and effective manner;
+ Be responsible for maintaining interface to key internal technical teams providing continuous feedback, and tracking towards key data and reporting priorities;
+ Demonstrate senior-level leadership skills and experience in guiding the team to build sustainable insights;
+ Partner with function leaders to understand business drivers, understand and communicate limitations and capabilities of the data, and define appropriate solutions;
+ Facilitate all phases of data projects and understand the requirements, findings, build and validate data to present the data in an actionable format;
+ Develop guidelines and guide team members in leading practice approaches for delivery of data solutions;
+ Identify and address opportunities for (day-to-day) data and reporting improvements within Row Crop Planning, e.g., by maintaining documentation of data processes and locations, promoting reduction of complexity, providing training for actionable data and reporting;
+ Manage a portfolio of work from small projects to individual one-time requests, working with stakeholders to set priority, assigning appropriate resources, and managing team workload;
+ Influence the organization to build a data centric mindset from building data acumen to data quality;
+ Facilitate internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and creating self-service tools;
+ Measure and report insights and metrics, based on Global framework to drive improvements in Row Crop Planning Operating procedure;
+ Maintain Standard Operating Procedures, running all operations in line with the SLAs and cost target given;
+ Implement optimization (best practices, global initiatives, models to drive customer satisfaction); support regular facility and process audits; identify and propose improvement opportunities (e.g., operations, network design, procurement process);
+ Measure and report Distribution operations related metrics, to drive efficient operations and opportunities in distribution operations and serve as input for budget and forecast development;
+ Provide training on processes and tools to 3rd parties, ensuring they have the capabilities (knowledge and access) to run the operations as expected.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree;
+ Self-motivated and results oriented with a process improvements mindset able to work independently with minimal supervision;
+ Ability to work well in a team environment to achieve common goals;
+ Excellent organization and influencing skills with very strong written and verbal communication skills;
+ High agility in a fast-paced environment with the ability to effectively work in a matrix environment;
+ Problem solving and decision-making ability based on data and analytical prowess;
+ Ability to thrive in a Hybrid Work Model, demonstrating flexibility and commitment with a minimum of three days each week in the Creve Coeur Office, while effectively collaborating with remote teams;
+ Key Competencies: collaboration, relationship and conflict management.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferably in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or other business-related discipline;
+ 5+ years of professional experience preferably in Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics, Analytic, Manufacturing, Planning or Agricultural fields.
