    What awaits you:

    * Support the alignment, implementation, programming, teaching and optimization of automation equipment for samplings and trial runs of injection and blow molded products

    * Align with internal Advanced Manufacturing standards to support the creation of feasible Statements of Work\.

    * Participate in equipment and tooling sign\-offs

    * Programming of blow molding and injection molding machines, downlines, cooling stations, welding machines, and leak testes, etc\.

    * Assist the establishment of work instructions to foster automation standards

    * Execute troubleshooting for machine functions and automated process steps

    * Support SMED activities

    Qualifications

    What you'll need to succeed:

    * Technical degree in programming or related field and minimum 2 years experience or a Bachelor degree in engineering is required\.

    * First work experience in an automated high volume manufacturing environment \(automotive preferred\)

    * Knowledge within the Siemens S7 programming tools

    * Knowledge in robot teaching \(Kuka, ABB, Fanuc\)

    * Familiar with blow molding and injection molding process engineering\.

    * Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic and electric systems
