We’re searching for a Skopje-based Senior Software Developer to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team, so that we can continue to deliver innovative, high-quality software that empowers healthcare organizations to manage their workforce more effectively. The Senior Software Developer will play a hands-on role in building scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions to support safer healthcare delivery across the globe.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
• Designing and delivering high-quality, efficient, and scalable software within a cross-functional Agile team
• Writing clean, maintainable code using Microsoft and AWS technologies to meet functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborating with Product Owners, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers to refine, estimate, and prioritize backlog items
• Participating in design and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues in a timely manner
• Mentoring teammates and providing technical leadership within your squad and across the broader R&D team
• Contributing to technical documentation and maintaining alignment with the team's Definition of Done
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
• 4+ years of experience as a Software Developer in an Agile development environment
• Proven success in building enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft and AWS technologies
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and modern development best practices
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Sincere interest in improving healthcare through technology
• A knack for working collaboratively within a diverse, multi-disciplinary team
• Ability to commute to Skopje office in a hybrid capacity
