McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational solutions, is looking for a **Senior Reporting Analyst.** The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and delivery of advanced data analytics and performance metrics across multiple departments within the Customer Experience organization. This role requires a high level of expertise in data manipulation, report automation, and process improvement, ensuring consistency, security, and accessibility of reporting structures. The Senior Reporting Analyst will also serve as a key advisor on analytical strategies and reporting enhancements.
What you will be doing:
+ Lead and prioritize work assignments in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
+ Oversee daily reporting operations and deliver actionable data insights to key stakeholders across the Customer Experience organization.
+ Manage complex ad hoc data requests using tools such as Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau, Verizon Contact Center, inView, SharePoint, NICE IEX, and SQL.
+ Develop, automate, and optimize reporting processes to enhance efficiency and support evolving business needs.
+ Analyze current reporting workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to communicate project updates, insights, and results effectively.
+ (If managing a team) Hire, train, and develop staff; set clear performance objectives; conduct evaluations; and manage team expenses.
What you need to be considered:** **
+ Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years of supplying and creating data analytics in a multi-channel contact center environment.
+ At least 4 years of experience working with Tableau, including building dashboards and automating reports.
+ At least 4 years of experience using Alteryx for data transformation and automation.
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation techniques.
+ Strong understanding of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems and related contact center metrics.
+ Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and data manipulation, including working within CRM systems.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The pay range for this position is between $55,000 - $70,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
