    In this position..

     

    You will drive transformation through structured change management, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies across the organization. Specifically, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, resilience, and agility. This role is responsible for managing complex, end-to-end supply chain programs that span procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the automotive sector, a strong understanding of tiered supplier networks, and the ability to lead through change, in a fast-paced, global environment.

    What you'll do…

    + Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated supply chain programs aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

    + Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless program execution.

    + Develop and manage program roadmaps, schedules, KPIs, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication plans.

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

    + Champion change management, by designing and implementing strategies that support stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of new processes and systems.

    + Act as a change agent to foster a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability across the supply chain organization.

    + Lead digital transformation efforts, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) enhancements, supply chain visibility tools, automation, and data analytics.

    + Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure quality, continuity, and risk mitigation.

    + Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, risks, and strategic opportunities.

    + Support activities that contribute to the MP&L Global Industrial System transformation (Tech Modernization, Daily Management, Strategy Deployment, All-hands/Townhalls, Materials Excellence Academy).

     

    You'll have...

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

    + 3+ Years of Experience

     

    Even better, you may have...

     

    + Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus

    + Strong understanding of MP&L systems (e.g., SAP S4 HANA, E2Open)

    + Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)

    + Strong understanding of MP&L Processes including parts follow up processes

    + MP&L Plant Operations Experience

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

    + Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects

    + Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

    + Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

    + Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including S&OP, procurement, logistics, and inventory management

    This position is a range of salary grades 6, 7 and 8.
