As an engineering manager you will support, enable and empower your team, managing high performing engineers to make a meaningful impact on billions of people around the world.     1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions

    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation

    3. Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve business objectives

    4. Foster an environment of continuous learning, growth, and improvement

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    5. 8+ years of, or PhD + 4 years of software engineering work experience, including hands on technical management

    6. Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations, including performance management

    7. Bachelor of Science/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

    8. Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing software engineers

    9. 2+ years of experience in managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels

    Preferred Qualifications:

    10. Experience in one of the following OS domains: Android/AOSP, Linux, RTOS, iOS, Windows OS

    11. 6+ years of direct engineering experience with development and implementation of Android systems software on shipped products

    12. 2+ years of experience with on-device AI acceleration, software stack, toolchain, and performance benchmarking

    13. 2+ years of experience of building biometric solutions on mobile/embedded systems

    Public Compensation:

    $177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
