Summary:

Meta is seeking a Regional Channel Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in aligning our organization's strategic direction with operational efficiency. As a leader, you will supervise a team of regional account operations planners and coordinators, driving collaborative forecasting, replenishment planning, order management, and inventory pipeline management across the region.Key responsibilities include managing the order-to-cash flow, CPFR planning and development, RMA receiving, allocation management, on-boarding new partners and products, providing timely and accurate inventory reporting, serving as the primary escalation point for the team, and driving key operational initiatives. This critical role ensures we have inventory in the channel to sell, connecting operations, sales, and partners through effective communication and action.

1. Build, mentor, and grow the North America channels operations team

2. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business growth and process efficiency

3. Develop and implement operational skills to add value for partners and improve performance

4. Measure and report on operational KPIs to drive improvement

5. Ensure internal and SOX compliance for order management processes

6. Optimize allocation processes through alignment with sales and supply planning teams

7. Act as first point of escalation for regional operational issues

8. Communicate priorities and status updates to business leaders

9. Set clear objectives and deploy team resources to achieve business goals

10. Foster an environment of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

11. Delivering results through projects, initiatives, and process improvements

12. Influencing and communicating effectively at all organizational levels

Minimum Qualifications:

13. Bachelor's degree

14. 8+ years of experience in order management (order to cash) for hardware products, supporting Retail and Enterprise customers

15. 3+ years of direct people management experience

16. Proven track record in:

17. Onboarding new partners, products, and markets

18. Managing or contributing to Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment processes

19. Proficiency in using major ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or similar systems

20. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines

Public Compensation:

$138,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
