    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst with strong planning and execution experience to support our resiliency Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the resiliency process and standards are followed. This role encompasses managing disaster recovery and high availability processes to minimize downtime and protect organizational assets.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

     

    + Coordinate disaster recovery testing and simulations.

    + Track and ensure key risk indicators are maintained within tolerance.

    + Support development of comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity strategy and policy adherence.

    + Work with application and support teams to plan Chaos Engineering tests that confirm resiliency and recovery capabilities.

    + Support Failure Mode & Effect Analysis tabletop exercises and develop plans to mitigate or eliminate risks.

    + Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure alignment of recovery strategies with business objectives.

    + Enforce documentation of recovery procedures, configurations, and test results.

    + Provide training and awareness programs for staff on disaster recovery protocols.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT, or equivalent education and related training

    + Four years of professional consulting, project analyst or relevant industry experience, with three years of specializing in systems implementations, merger integration, business transformation and change management

    + Strong analytical skills; excellent fact-gathering and business process mapping

    + Self-starter, highly-motivated, change agent Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and leadership skills

    + Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

    + Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: merger integration, Business/IT transformation program/project management, Operations/Process Improvement

    + Proven project management background.

    + Proven ability to respond effectively to changing situations, emergencies, and dynamic work environments.
