    The Opportunity:

    CACI is currently looking for an experienced Senior Program Finance Manager to join our Enterprise IT Finance team. We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Senior Program Finance Manager for CACI's Expertise finance pillar. You will be responsible for a team of program finance staff who support Expertise programs. This position will serve as the business partner to operations leaders and will be responsible for supporting the leadership team.

    Responsibilities:

    + Budgeting, AOP, LRP, and FP&A activities for a portfolio of programs.

    + Responsible for ensuring timely customer invoices and cash collections.

    + Risk and Opportunity management.

    + Development and coaching of the program finance team in capabilities specific to the successful and profitable execution of programs.

    + Effective budgeting techniques and performance management against baselines.

    + Ensure all EAC's are consistent with CACI's policies and procedures.

    + Compile, analyze, interpret, and report on complex financial data.

    + Prepare financial models to support business planning exercises.

    + Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required.

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    + Minimum 10 years relevant finance experience.

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar field.

    + US Citizen ship with ability to receive a secret clearance.

    + Prior experience with program financial management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling for a Government Contractor.

    + Strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and effectively handle and complete multiple tasks.

    + Experience with CostPoint, Hyperion, Cognos.

    + Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

    + Strong oral and written communication skills.

    + Understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation’s (the FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)

    _Desired:_

    + TS Security Clearance

    + Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar field.

    + 15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar field.

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $109,800 - $241,600
