The Materials Coordinator supports clinical departments that use Supply Chain Operations. This role includes tasks such as managing inventory and supply levels, maintaining specialty carts and kits, tracking medical equipment, handling shipping and receiving, and unloading trucks.
The Materials Coordinator, based at the loading dock, performs work that requires more physical effort than typical light-duty roles. The position involves lifting up to 35 pounds; regularly lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving items weighing between 21 and 50 pounds.

You are able to meet the Physical Work Requirements:
+ Prolonged standing throughout the shift
+ Frequent bending, stretching, stooping, pushing, and pulling
+ Manual dexterity for handling materials and equipment
+ Good visual acuity
+ Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods while entering data into a computer
+ Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment due to customer demands
+ Ability to learn and use inventory control software systems
+ Basic computer skills required
+ Regularly lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items weighing between 21 and 50 pounds
Qualifications
+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
+ Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous healthcare experience (not required, but preferred)
+ Experience in inventory management and logistics
+ Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
+ Experience using material handling equipment, including:
+ Pallet jacks
+ Dock boards
+ Hand trucks
