    The team you will be a part of

     

    The Procurement team identifies researches and evaluates suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply. Recognizes and evaluate sales, promotional campaigns, and other opportunities to secure reduced prices. Assesses supplier's products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the organization's quality standards.

     

    This role in summary

     

    As a Senior Analyst, Global Strategic Sourcing for Motors and Pumps, you will lead sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and support product development efforts by ensuring cost-effective, high-performance supply solutions for key components.

     

    Your responsibilities will include

     

    Develop and execute sourcing strategies for motors and pumps used across laundry, dishwashing, and small domestic appliances

     

    Lead supplier negotiations and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery performance

     

    Manage supplier contracts, including renewals, pricing agreements, and risk assessments

     

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product development and launches to ensure sourcing alignment

     

    Monitor supplier performance and market trends to inform sourcing decisions

     

    Conduct data analysis and material forecasting to support strategic planning

     

    Ensure compliance with global sourcing standards and policies

     

    Support should-cost and value engineering efforts to drive continuous improvement

    Minimum requirements

    Bachelor’s degree

     

    3+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Engineering

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

     

    Preferred skills and experiences

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain

     

    Experience with strategic sourcing, including negotiations, contract management, and cost modeling

     

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

     

    Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

     

    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
