Ready to take your plumbing skills to the next level? We're seeking dependable and experienced commercial plumbers to join our team for the 2nd rough phase of multi-family new construction projects. If working Monday through Friday (with some OT to pad your paycheck) sounds like your idea of a good time, keep reading! Monday - Friday; 7 am - 3:30 pm with over time as needed Weekly Pay (Every Friday because you deserve it!)

_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

+ Assist with the installation and layout of plumbing systems during the 2nd rough phase of multi-family construction

+ Interpret blueprints and work with the project team to ensure work meets code requirements

+ Collaborate with other trades and project leads to keep the project flowing smoothly

+ Maintain safety standards at all times (because nobody likes an unexpected shower)

+ Tackle other duties as assigned?teamwork makes the dream work

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience as a commercial plumber

+ Hands-on experience with new construction plumbing, particularly multi-family or large-scale projects a huge plus

+ Ability to work from blueprints and technical drawings

+ Solid communication skills and a get-it-done attitude

+ Must have your own tools and proper PPE Dependable, punctual, and not afraid of a little overtime
