Job Description
**Turner & Townsend** is seeking a **Senior Program Analyst** to join our high-performing team supporting a global technology client on a large-scale data center construction program. This role is embedded within the client’s Engineering Change Management (ECM) team and plays a key role in driving data-informed decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement across a complex, fast-paced capital delivery environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program management, data analytics, and change management expertise, with a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Construction, and Operations.
Responsibilities:
+ Partner with internal teams to manage and track engineering changes across in-flight data center projects.
+ Support the implementation and continuous improvement of change management processes and tools.
+ Monitor and report on change impacts, timelines, and dependencies across the program lifecycle.
+ Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as SQL, BigQuery, PLX, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
+ Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to support accurate and timely reporting.
+ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to change management activities.
+ Create presentation-ready materials for executive and stakeholder briefings.
+ Act as a liaison between the ECM team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
+ Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Support the development of documentation and visual workflows to communicate change processes and outcomes.
+ Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and data management processes.
+ Collaborate with internal teams managing tools such as Buganizer, P6, Autodesk ACC/BIM360, and Looker Studio to ensure data consistency and integrity.
+ Contribute to the evolution of the ECM program by identifying future enhancements and supporting implementation.
+ SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in program analysis, change management, or PMO roles on large-scale capital projects.
+ Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
+ Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
+ Familiarity with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry practices.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience with SOX controls or similar compliance frameworks is a plus.
