    Job Description

    **Turner & Townsend Heery** are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Computer Aided Design (CAD) & BIM Designer** to join our team. The CAD / BIM Designer will create detailed design drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs. The CAD / BIM Designer will work closely with other members of the design team to produce accurate, high-quality designs that meet the needs of the project.

    Computer Aided Design (CAD) & BIM Designer Duties and Responsibilities

    + Create detailed design drawings using CAD & Revit software.

    + Work with other members of the design team to ensure the accuracy of designs.

    + Evaluate existing designs and develop new and improved designs.

    + Provide technical support and advice to other members of the design team.

    + Troubleshoot design issues.

    + Ensure design drawings meet industry standards and specifications.

    + Maintain documentation of designs.

    Qualifications

    Computer Aided Design (CAD) & BIM Designer Requirements and Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience.

    + 3+ years of experience in CAD & Revit design.

    + Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.

    + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
