    IT MANAGER

    Overview / Role Details:

    Responsible for the operation and management of Station Information Systems including commercial business systems and broadcast television operations platforms. Maintain local compliance with Paramount Corporate IS&T policies. This position works closely with Engineering & Operations staff.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    + Design, implement, and maintain the Stations information technology and communications systems.

    + Provide budgetary planning support to the Director of Engineering and to Corporate IS&T.

    + Lead IT team.

    + Lead all aspects of Helpdesk support for over 120 local users.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    + 5+ years of IS/IT Management experience with phenomenal critical thinking and phenomenal customer service skills.

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Skilled with Microsoft SCCM for patching.

    + Understanding of TV Operations/Production.

    + Working knowledge of News, Operations, and Engineering is crucial.

    + Solid written communication.

    + Ability to work and thrive in a multifaceted fast-paced 24/7 broadcast environment!

    + Demonstrable experience working with: Microsoft Enterprise Servers; Microsoft Windows Operating Systems; Mac OS-X; Linux OS; Microsoft O365; IOS and Android mobile OS; Microsoft Active Directory; Microsoft SCCM; Windows PowerShell; VoIP Server; Avid iNews; Grass Valley STRATUS; Cisco switch management and configuration; firewalls; VPNs; domain controllers; configure and manage SAN/NAS systems; Crowdstrike; and SNMP monitoring systems.

    + The ability to learn quickly.
