    The Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Partner Marketing role supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of the customer journey to deliver products, promotions, and experiences that meet evolving needs and increase lifetime value.

     

    The Senior Manager also leads the development of marketing and promotional campaigns that optimize the value of partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. In support of growth initiatives, this role will collaborate across disciplines and regions to activate new brands through a Marriott Bonvoy lens, ensuring cohesive audience engagement.

     

    The ideal candidate will have a background in lifecycle and partner marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    Education and Experience Required

     

    4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major and 6+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance;

    OR

    + 8+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.

    + Expertise in managing end to end marketing campaign development and implementation

    + Foundation of CRM/customer marketing program development, lifecycle activation, audience segmentation and measurement

    + Experience in developing partnership marketing plans and implementation is an advantage

    + An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

    CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

    + Lead the development and execution of Marriott Bonvoy (MB) marketing plans, establishing brand support strategies and managing deployment across key channels.

    + Serve as a brand activation leader, collaborating across disciplines and continents to bring new brands to market with strong integration into the Marriott Bonvoy ecosystem and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

    + Partner with Brand Marketing, Loyalty Program Operations, and continent teams to ensure seamless integration of new brands and initiatives into lifecycle and broader marketing efforts.

    + Support and execute campaigns aligned with lifecycle marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

    + Contribute to partnership activation projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

    + Leverage data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and apply insights to optimize performance.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align and integrate marketing strategies and activations.

    + Champion a culture of continuous innovation and improvement, staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

    + Design and execute test-and-learn strategies, analyzing results to inform future campaign enhancements.

    + Lead the Marriott Bonvoy marketing activation for the launch of the Voyager brand, followed by support for additional new brands as they are added to the portfolio.

    + Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

    + Demonstrates an understanding of business priorities.

    + Manages and implements work and projects as assigned.

    + Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

    The pay range for this position is $52.06 to $73.99 per hour.
