    JOB SUMMARY

    The Senior Manager, Operations & Quality – Continent Support will lead the ongoing design, deployment and sustainment of operational onboarding process for the Home Management Companies joining the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy platform. In addition, the Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our home curation process to ensure homes approved meet all home standards. To accomplish this, the Senior Manager will partner with continent development teams and global regulatory to assess operations assessments, coordinate home curation reviews based upon market entry approvals, and in-person visits as required. The Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring all required operational training and programming is pulled through at the partner level. The Senior Manager will partner with continent account management teams to monitor partner performance in the areas of guest satisfacation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to all operational processes and will align on strategies to improve areas of opportunity. Success in the position demands a focus and passion on driving brand adherence and partner long-term success.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    Education & Experience Required

    • High school diploma or GED and 9 years’ experience in the business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area

    • OR

    • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management (or equivalent international degree) and 5’ years of experience in business / partnership development, real estate / home rental development, property management, hotel industry or other relevant business experience, demonstrating a pattern of exceptional performance

    • 1 or more years experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business units.

    • Expert project management and organizational skills with a service mindset

    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

    CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

    Key Accountabilities

    • Provide operational onboarding support to our Home Management Companies (HMC).

    • Create HMC operational onboarding resources and videos for successful training prior to go-live.

    • Identify training gaps or sustainment needs in operational onboarding flowcharts and partner to create solutions to close gaps.

    • Execute 45-90-150 day checkpoints with newly onboarded HMCs.

    • Manage the workstream related to EID creation and subsequent system access.

    • Manage the workstream for home curations and track/forecast units added and target dates.

    • Participate in HMC in-market visits and masterclasses.

    • Manage the Partner Procurement Program to bring refreshed catalogs to HMCs.

    • Participate in annual brand standards review.

    • Provide support for Quality Assurance Program.

    • Provides support to account management to lift performance levels at HMCs.

    • Plays a key role in monitoring Guest Voice with respect to individual HMCs.

    • Partner with Account Management on Quarterly Business Reviews, Actions Plans, and Processes.

    • Oversee Manager, Operations & Quality – Continent Support to include managing global inventory process and assigned checkpoints.

     

    The salary range for this position is $108,300 to $150,700 annually.
