Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator

**Location:** Torrance, CA

**Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour

**Shift:** 4pm-12:30am

What's the Job?

+ Set up, change, adjust, repair, and operate machinery equipment on all shifts.

+ Ensure equipment is in operational condition and ready for on-time start-up.

+ Perform process control and quality checks, including operating and verifying code dates on cases.

+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area according to GMP and safety guidelines.

+ Train new associates and assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment required.

+ Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

+ Proficiency in operating computer programs, including SCADA systems
