Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Bilingual Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Bilingual Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the shipping department supporting the dock team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Bilingual Shipping/Receiving Clerk

**Location:** Swedesboro, NJ

**Pay Range:** $18 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Create incoming load packets or outbound pick tickets that instruct the dock receivers or loaders.

+ Coordinate with Production on the Estimated Time of Completion of orders for scheduling appointments.

+ Receive completed receiving or loading documents and verify reported quantities and items against the system.

+ Create a Bill of Lading for the driver's signature and send completed shipping reports to customers.

+ Provide customer service via phone and email, resolve issues, and maintain the working order of systems such as ERP and appointment systems.

What's Needed?

+ Computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

+ Experience with multi-line phone systems.

+ Strong mathematical skills.

+ Prior repack clerk experience preferred.

+ Ability to work in a dynamic environment and as part of a team.
