**Title:** ServiceNow Developer

**Contract Duration:** 12 month (contract to hire)

**Group’s responsibility/Current Project and Timeline:** This group is responsible for Core services related to ServiceNow. The why behind these resources is they are implementing Genai and needs two strong Developer that can help with delivering use cases into production.

+ What are the day to day responsibilities?

+ Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions with a specific emphasis on integrating Gen AI features.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage AI-driven functionalities.

+ Customize and extend ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and others to meet business needs, utilizing Gen AI for automation and intelligent workflows.

+ Configure AI-powered virtual agents, chatbots, and conversational interfaces within ServiceNow to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

+ Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and middleware, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

+ Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure the stability and reliability of Gen AI implementations.

+ Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project teams on AI-related aspects of ServiceNow development.

+ What are the top must have skills?

+ Experience within ServiceNow as a Developer(5+ years)

+ 5+ years’ experience with HRSD or ITSM

+ Certified System Admin/CAD

+ Experience implementing AI Search and Virtual Agent(Now Assist)

+ 4+ years working in an Agile Delivery team In this assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Comments

+ Required minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow development/engineering experience.

+ Preferred ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
