Our client, a leading technology firm, is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join their team. As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be part of the development team supporting innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to learn new products quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Full Stack Java Developer

**Location:** Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

+ Design and develop complex software requirements to achieve business goals.

+ Ensure software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

+ Contribute to story refinement and define requirements for the development lifecycle.

+ Code solutions and unit tests to deliver requirements according to acceptance criteria.

+ Assist the team in resolving technical complexities involved in project work.

What's Needed?

+ Full stack expertise in Java and experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or similar databases.

+ Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.

+ Experience with cloud containers and web services.

+ Familiarity with batch processing and financial institution environments.

+ Agile experience and strong team communication skills.
